Responsibilities
- Lead scheduled water aerobics classes in a safe and engaging manner
- Create workouts appropriate for all fitness levels, with modifications as needed
- Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes
- Maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with members and staff
- Assist in promoting classes and increasing member participation
- Ensure pool equipment is used and stored properly QualificationsQualifications
- Current Water Aerobics / Aquatic Fitness Certification
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (required)
