Faculty are responsible for maintaining accurate grade and attendance records and submitting required reports. They also participate in the assessment of learning outcomes and plan lessons in advance.

A master's degree in a related field is required, along with some teaching experience, preferably at the community college level. Strong communication and instructional skills are essential.
