BETHLEHEM, PA 18020$26.00, starting, with eligibility for increase after performance review. Lehigh County, Monroe County, Northampton County, Carbon County, Lackawanna County Full-Time Day shift / Evening shift The schedule is from Monday to Friday, and weekends may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

Willingness to travel. Receive supervision from a BCBA (for at least 1-hour per week if you are providing 37.5 hours or more weekly; or for at least 1-hour bi-weekly if you are providing less than 37.5 hours per week). Receive a 1-hour observation at least 1-time per month. Collaborate with the treatment team. Prompt appropriate behavior and implement effective antecedent, behavioral, and consequence procedures. Administer discrete trial training. Pivotal response training to increase verbal expressions. Model appropriate interventions to treatment team/teachers. Assist with data collection specific to IOA agreement. Complete data collection. Qualifications High School Diploma.

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, or education, or a related field. RBT Certification from BACB.

Preferred

At least 1 year of experience working with children who demonstrate maladaptive behaviors.
