  • Shift: The schedule is from Monday to Friday, and weekends may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

Administers, conducts, and evaluates the implementation of behavioral assessment, functional assessment, and skills assessment. Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school domains. Additionally, designs behavior support plans in accordance with functional analyses and functional behavioral assessments. Ensures appropriate behavioral data observation and measurement systems necessary for effective maladaptive behavior reduction and skill acquisition. Is responsible for ongoing behavioral treatment plan oversight. Completes all necessary documentation, including; treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, functional analysis, graph-based visual analysis, and progress notes in accordance with insurance protocols. Obtain authorizations for services as necessary. Utilizes single subject research design to depict function and provide visual analysis of behaviors. Parent education on effective intervention as well as appropriate transfer of skills to caregivers, teachers, school administration officials, instructional aides, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. Completes initial evaluation for behavioral analytic service. Supervises BHT-ABA appropriately according to IBHS regulations Education. Qualifications Graduate / Master's Degree (required).

Preferred

College coursework in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or related fields. License as a psychologist, counselor, behavioral specialist, or clinical social worker. Personable, and able to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organization.
