Developmental Specialist - Transition Program

The developmental specialist is responsible for the day-To-Day activities of the transition program, including programming, community activities, and caring for the personal needs of the guests. They work closely with the isp team and clinical staff to implement support plans and ensure the safety and well-Being of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in the developmental disabilities field, with a focus on individuals with challenging behaviors. A high school diploma is required, and certifications such as registered behavior technician (Rbt) are preferred.
