We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech & Language Pathologist to provide services supporting our Guests with developmental disabilities and complex communication needs. This is a part-time per diem position working 8-10 hours per week with our Clinical team and Colleagues to provide extraordinary services. Key Responsibilities Conduct communication evaluations and reassessments at least every two years or as needed based on changes in status. Develop individualized communication goals, objectives, and treatment plans. Provide recommendations and support strategies to improve communication across daily environments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team meetings. Complete required documentation in compliance with MassHealth and agency standards.
- QualificationsRequired: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong written documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This is a per diem contract position.
