- Level: 4 Year DegreeFriends University is seeking a Part-Time Athletic Trainer position in Wichita Kansas. This position assists the management of operations and activities of the Athletic Training Room and assists in the assessment and treatment of injuries suffered by student athletes, and/or recommends other medical treatment as needed. QualificationsBachelor's degree in physical education and/or sports medicine is required. Master's degree in related field preferred. National Athletic Trainer's Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) necessary. CPR/First Aid Certification required. CPR/First Aid Instructor Preferred. Kansas State Board of Healing Arts licensure required. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
