Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)
Part Time/Non-Exempt - Location
Clementon,NJ and surrounding areas.
Compensation
$21.00-$26.00/per hour (Bonus Eligible)
About the Role
The Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) provides direct 1:1 support to clients by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will support clients across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, preschools, clinics, and community environments.
During training, BTs/RBTs work a dynamic schedule with exposure to multiple clients and settings. After training, permanent client assignments are provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support in individual and group settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior programs
- Collect and submit session data accurately and on time
- Support communication, social, and behavioral skill development
- Provide therapeutic interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Collaborate with the clinical team to promote positive outcomes

Employees may be assigned to various environments based on organizational needs, including homes, schools, preschools, clinics, and community-based settings.

NJ State and Regional Directors
- Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete RBT training and certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
- Comfortable using technology for documentation
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Ability to accept and implement feedback
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts
Preferred Qualifications
• 1 year of experience in a direct care human services role
