BCBA - Independent Contractor (IC) | Adult Ability Center ($7,000 sign-on!)

The board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) conducts functional assessments of challenging behaviors and designs comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans tailored to individual and family needs. This role involves training and providing clinical supervision to registered behavior technicians and other direct support staff to ensure adherence to evidence-Based practices.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with one year of experience working with autism spectrum disorders and behavior change programs. Required certifications include bcba, cpr, and valley de-Escalation certification.
