Head Start Lead Teacher

The head start lead teacher facilitates quality, individualized early childhood education by implementing developmentally appropriate practices. They work with the education/Disabilities specialists to plan and implement activities that enhance children's growth and promote parental involvement.

Candidates must have a minimum of an associate's degree in a relevant field and be at least eighteen years old. They must also pass a drug test and background check, and possess knowledge of child development and effective communication skills.
