Adjunct Professor - Medical Assisting

Adjunct faculty teach department courses on a part-Time basis and evaluate student performance according to guidelines set by the department and the college. They are responsible for preparing lesson plans, teaching aids, and instructional materials, maintaining accurate records on students, and submitting pertinent data to the department and/Or the college.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in the medical assisting field or a closely related field and be credentialed in good standing in medical assisting. Previous employment experience in a healthcare facility or teaching in postsecondary education is preferred.
