Lead Preschool (3YO) Teacher

The lead preschool teacher is responsible for the overall supervision and daily functions of a group of 3-Year-Old children, including implementing approved lesson plans and maintaining a safe, attractive classroom environment. This role also involves ongoing assessment of each child’s developmental needs and planning parent-Teacher conferences and student evaluations with the leadership team.

Candidates must possess a love for small children, a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, and a strong work ethic, holding at least a high school diploma or ged, with early childhood degrees or cda preferred. Essential requirements include current cpr and first aid certifications, meeting local regulatory standards, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
