Core responsibilities

The lead/Master teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging preschool classroom by implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p.® curriculum and developing weekly lesson plans aligned with developmental standards. This role also involves fostering social-Emotional growth, managing behavior proactively, supporting independence skills like potty training, conducting observations, communicating with families, and leading assistant teachers while ensuring licensing compliance.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and preferably have experience working with preschool-Aged children, along with a high school diploma or ged as a minimum requirement. Preferred qualifications include a cda or an associate degree in early childhood education, and the ability to meet all oklahoma dhs licensing requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs and assisting with personal care needs.
