Twos Lead Teacher

The twos lead teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment while implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p.® curriculum with enthusiasm. This role involves supporting children through key developmental milestones, including language and social-Emotional growth, and actively participating in potty training support.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and meet the minimum requirement of six months of experience working with toddlers, though one year is preferred. A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for a cda or associate degree in early childhood education.
