Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment programs under bcba supervision, providing direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism in various settings. Duties also include collecting accurate data, following intervention plans, and communicating progress to supervisors.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or be willing to obtain it, along with a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in special education or behavior therapy is a plus, alongside strong skills in communication, reliability, and collaboration.
