Lead Teacher Early Childhood Education

The lead teacher will be responsible for leading a 2-Year-Old classroom in a safe and nurturing environment, delivering daily lessons aligned with the l.e.a.p. Curriculum. This includes guiding daily routines, encouraging social and emotional development, and communicating progress consistently with families.

Candidates must meet maryland licensing requirements for infant, toddler, and preschool teachers, and possess a minimum of six months of early childhood classroom experience, with one year preferred. A high school diploma is required, and a child development associate (Cda) or relevant coursework is strongly preferred.
