Who We Are: Looking For:
We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to help manage our high school technology programs in the Southeast Region, with a focus on Miami and Atlanta.
This specific role will be based in Atlanta.
Your day-to-day will include working directly with our students, families, corporate partners and volunteers to ensure their success in our programs.

The Program Coordinator will report to the Southeast Regional Program Director.
Responsibilities: Include:
Setup/maintain all virtual and in-person classroom learning environments - including Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Calendar, and coding platforms
Act as point of contact for assigned program cohorts to coordinate with instructors, peer mentors, students, and volunteers
Manage communication/reminders for all students, volunteers, and peer mentors regarding class sessions/announcements
Manage the peer mentors in respective cohorts to ensure their understanding of their responsibilities
Partner with the Program Director to plan and run in-person program sessions, Demo Day competitions and other program special events, managing all logistics from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly and participants have a great experience
Support alumni relationships and programming initiatives by working closely with the Alumni Team
• Support other organization or program-related projects as needed to meet organizational objectives
