LEAD TEACHER, HR Children's Center

The lead teacher's primary duty is ensuring the safety and well-Being of all children in their classroom while supporting the center's mission and philosophy. This includes providing a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment and developing family relationships.

Candidates must possess lead teacher certification by the ma department of early education and care (Eec) and hold at least an associate's degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of two years of early childhood experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential for collaboration and classroom management.
