The role involves developing evidence-Based treatment and behavior intervention plans for individuals with asd, utilizing function-Based approaches rooted in applied behavior analysis. Responsibilities also include consistently analyzing treatment goal data, supervising registered behavior technicians, and providing supervised field work per bacb guidelines.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavior analysis and therapy (Or be currently enrolled) and be credentialed as a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or actively pursuing credentials. Additional requirements include meeting bacb supervisor requirements, eligibility for insurance credentialing, and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain various postures.
