Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at the hope autism clinic, applying principles of applied behavior analysis (Aba) to teach skills. They are also responsible for effectively communicating progress to families and tracking session data to help clients achieve individualized goals.
Requirements summary
Minimum qualifications require candidates to be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and successfully pass a background clearance.
