Intramural Sports Supervisor PTS

The intramural sports supervisor provides programmatic oversight and supervision, directly supporting the competitive sports coordinator in program development and implementation. Essential duties include assisting with overall program management, staff recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, evaluation, and enforcing facility rules.

Candidates must obtain specific american red cross certifications within 30 days of employment, demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, and possess prior supervisory experience to lead staff effectively. Additional requirements include strong conflict resolution skills, the ability to react calmly in emergencies, and the capacity to work with a diverse student population.
