Athletic Coach - Head JV Football Coach

The head jv football coach will develop and implement practice plans to ensure scholar-Athletes are physically prepared for competition, providing individualized coaching to maximize performance. Responsibilities also include communicating with stakeholders, supervising all team events, maintaining records, enforcing standards, and overseeing assistant coaches.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred) and hold active coaching certification for new york state, along with experience coaching at the high school level focusing on skill development. Essential requirements include strong sport knowledge, excellent communication skills, valid cpr/First aid certification, and availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends, including travel.
