Employment Specialist/Job Coach - FT Burlington Area

Employment specialists will work one-On-One with local employers to secure job placements for individuals with disabilities, while also providing training and mentoring support to a team of specialists. Key duties include facilitating onsite job instruction, acting as a liaison between employers and employees, and marketing services to prospective employers.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with the ability to pass criminal record, healthcare registry, and driving record checks. A commitment to achieving competency in required skills and the willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends are also necessary.
