Lead Residential Enrichment Specialist Full- Time Bon Rea

The specialist will provide personalized care to group home residents by teaching skills to promote independence, supporting community integration, and mentoring individuals to build social skills. Duties also include assisting with daily activities such as eating, bathing, dressing, preparing meals, and monitoring health and safety.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with the ability to pass criminal record, healthcare registry, drug screen, and driving record checks if transportation is involved. A commitment to achieving competency in required skills and current first aid/Cpr certification are also necessary.
