As a Snapology Lead Instructor, you’ll lead high-energy STEM programs for kids ages 3–14 (don’t worry—you won’t teach them all at the same time). You’ll guide up to 20 students through interactive, curriculum-based activities that spark creativity, build confidence, and make learning actually fun.

What You’ll Do

Lead camps, classes, workshops, and epic birthday parties Create a fun, structured, high-energy environment Prep and deliver programs using our ready-to-go curriculum Communicate with parents and partners like a pro Be the reason kids leave saying, “That was AWESOME”

What We’re Looking For

2+ years working with kids (camps, classroom, coaching, etc.) Strong group/classroom management skills Reliable, upbeat, and team-first attitude Teaching experience is a bonus—not a dealbreaker Background clearances

Schedule: Camps: up to 40 hours/week Seasonal role with real opportunity to stay on year-round
