Sports Instructor (Cheer)

The instructor is responsible for teaching safe and challenging cheer classes, tailoring content to student skill levels, and demonstrating proper techniques to build participant confidence. Essential duties also include developing leadership in participants, scheduling testing or recitals, maintaining records, and promoting the sport program through public demonstrations.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to manage diverse personalities and learning levels. A minimum of two years of instructor experience is required, along with maintaining active certification from a nationally recognized organization or equivalent sport-Related education.
