Job Coach, Supported Employment

The job coach will provide instruction, support, and supervision to adults with disabilities at various work sites, observing abilities and offering feedback to increase productivity and encourage positive work behavior. Responsibilities also include coaching on workplace issues, assisting with work-Related paperwork, maintaining employer relationships, and developing plans for participant self-Sufficiency.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory record, reliable vehicle access, and the ability to pass background checks, tb screening, and health screening.
