ADT Career Navigator Specialist (2405)

This role involves managing the case management process for adult day training participants, providing individualized counseling and training in areas like living skills, work habits, and self-Advocacy to increase independence. Essential duties include conducting enrollment/Termination, monitoring attendance, providing career navigation and coaching for employment outcomes, and developing/Evaluating individualized program plans.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, though experience may substitute at the discretion of management. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of case management and career counseling experience in a non-Profit setting, along with experience assessing needs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
