Case Manager - AMIkids Manatee

The case manager oversees the service planning and transitional process for youth entering and exiting the program, ensuring a safe learning environment and encouraging social and emotional development. Key duties include completing needs assessments, developing individual service plans, ensuring timely delivery of program services, and representing the program in legal proceedings.

A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed youth or those with substance abuse problems.
