  • Here are a list of job duties for the role: Implement programs and activities in areas such as tutoring, technology, games, health and recreation, arts and crafts, etc. for youth of all ages Supervise and monitor program areas to ensure safety of members Develop, post and follow weekly lesson plans under the direction of Program and Education Directors Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the Club team Provide supervision in various program areas Promote and stimulate program participation Create opportunities for development of strengths and competencies

  • ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to lift 40lbs Must be able to move quickly to keep up with youth Must be able to remain alert and energetic for 8 hours or more Must have clear vision and hearing to monitor children's safety and respond to their needs REQUIRED DATES Employees will be required to attend in person training the week of May 19th. Exact dates and times will be provided upon hire.

Requirements

Applicants must be aged 18 or older and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with experience working with children and knowledge of youth development principles. Candidates are required to be CPR and First Aid Certified and must successfully pass comprehensive employment screenings including criminal background checks and fingerprinting.
