Direct Support Professional - Main Street (Melrose, MA)

The direct support professional is responsible for providing direct care and teaching life and social skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. They help individuals attain independence in daily living and assist in developing positive social skills and behaviors.

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a ba degree in human services or a related field. At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
