Direct Support Professional DSP

The direct support professional is responsible for providing direct care and teaching life and social skills to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role includes helping individuals attain independence in daily living and assisting them in developing positive social skills.

A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a ba degree in human services or a related field. At least one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
