🎯 position summary
Under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Therapist teaches new skills to clients in therapeutic settings using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Therapists implement individualized treatment plans and help clients and families reach meaningful goals.
Behavior Therapists are trained to work with multiple clients and receive ongoing supervision, feedback, and professional development.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience working with children with autism and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis are also preferred.
