Early Childhood Teacher

The early childhood teacher will provide daily care to an assigned group of children, collaborating with a co-Teacher on duties like active supervision, meeting basic needs, and maintaining a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment based on developmental needs. Responsibilities also include tracking children, completing compliance paperwork, following guidance techniques, fostering learning through materials, creating observational notes, and communicating development with parents.

Required qualifications include meeting all early childhood teacher requirements such as specific early childhood coursework equivalents (Early childhood i and ii) and fundamentals of infant/Toddler development if applicable, along with at least 240 hours of relevant experience. Candidates must also demonstrate respect, effective collaboration, excellent problem-Solving skills, composure in emergencies, and strong communication abilities.
