Instructional Designer

The instructional designer will create engaging and effective learning experiences by collaborating with subject matter experts to develop interactive content using cutting-Edge technologies and instructional design principles. Key duties involve designing various instructional materials, applying design theories, and refining content based on performance data.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning & development, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of experience in instructional design. Required proficiency includes authoring tools like articulate storyline, adobe, and vyond, as well as experience with lms platforms and strong project management skills.
