Family Sup Worker

The family support worker coordinates and implements family and community development services for early head start and head start programs. They are responsible for conducting recruitment, managing caseloads, and facilitating parent involvement through education and resource referrals.

Candidates must hold an associate degree in a social services or related field and possess 3-5 years of experience working with diverse families. Additionally, the role requires specific certifications such as cpr, first aid, and a food handler's certificate, along with the ability to pass background clearances.
