Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment and implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p curriculum using fun and engaging characters. They must also build relationships with families and colleagues and communicate regularly with parents about their children's achievements.

Candidates must have a genuine passion for the education and care of children, requiring a minimum of six months of professional teaching experience, though one year is preferred. A high school diploma or ged is required, but an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (Ece) or a related field is preferred.
