About the role

The primary responsibilities include creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment for infants, implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® activities, and communicating daily updates and milestones to families. The assistant will also work collaboratively with the team while adhering to all state licensing and safety requirements.

About the Role

Join The Learning Experience and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. You’ll support infant development through hands-on learning, daily care, and meaningful interactions with families.

Responsibilities: Provide a safe, loving classroom for infants

Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum® activities

Communicate daily with families (updates, photos, milestones)

Work collaboratively with your team

Follow all state licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications: 6+ months childcare experience (1 year preferred)

High school diploma/GED required; ECE degree preferred

Knowledge of infant development and DAP

CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)

Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least six months of childcare experience, with one year preferred, and hold a high school diploma or GED; an Early Childhood Education degree is preferred. Essential knowledge includes infant development and Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP), along with current or obtainable CPR/First Aid certification.
