Core responsibilities
The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, loving classroom environment for infants, implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum® activities, and communicating daily updates, photos, and milestones to families. They must also work collaboratively with their team and adhere to all state licensing and safety requirements.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess at least 6 months of childcare experience, with one year being preferred, and hold a high school diploma or ged; an early childhood education degree is preferred. Essential knowledge includes infant development and developmentally appropriate practice (Dap), along with current or obtainable cpr/First aid certification.
