Substitute - Program Leader - BASE

The program leader is responsible for assisting the director and assistant director in supervising children during various program activities and unstructured times, while also developing positive community relations. Key duties include utilizing positive techniques for behavior guidance, ensuring constant child safety through supervision, and planning activities that promote learning, skill development, and a sense of belonging.

Candidates must be at least eighteen years old and demonstrate the ability to work with children, possessing either three months of verified experience supervising four or more children over four years old, or a current early childhood professional credential level i or higher. Required certifications include first aid & cpr from the american heart association and universal precautions training from osha, alongside a high school or equivalent education.
