Teacher - Early Childhood

This role involves facilitating learning and teaching in an integrated, inclusive preschool classroom for ages 3-5, requiring the development and implementation of developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Responsibilities also include supervising educational assistants, overseeing daily classroom operations, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and interacting positively with students, families, and colleagues.

A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education is required, with a master’s degree preferred, along with an early childhood education teacher license from the colorado department of education. Candidates must be prepared for physical demands such as lifting, sitting on the ground, and assisting students with toileting and feeding, while adhering strictly to cdhs, cdec, and cde regulations.
