Teachers Assistant

The assistant is responsible for supporting teachers in facilitating educational curriculum and ensuring student success within a microschool concept using blended technology and teacher-Led lessons. Essential duties include leading a blended-Age classroom, supporting individualized learning needs, assisting with monitoring academic progress, and collaborating with teachers.

A high school diploma or ged is the minimum educational requirement, along with strong communication skills and experience using computers and online tools. Candidates must also pass a level 1 background check, drug screening, and obtain an az ivp fingerprint clearance card.
