Gymnastics Coach (BALLARD)

Coaches are responsible for teaching progressive gymnastics classes across various departments, including creating purposeful lesson plans aligned with skill charts. They must also track skill development, communicate progress with parents, and participate in paid training opportunities.

The ideal candidate desires to promote a positive learning environment, must be responsible, reliable, and consistent, and should possess enthusiasm for working with children safely and engagingly. While prior gymnastics experience is helpful, the organization provides comprehensive training for those new to the sport.
