Recreational Coach (COLUMBIA CITY)

Coaches are responsible for teaching progressive gymnastics classes across various departments, creating purposeful lesson plans aligned with skill charts, and tracking student skill development for parent communication. They also participate in paid training opportunities and assist with light cleaning duties.

Candidates must desire to promote a positive learning environment, be responsible, reliable, and consistent, and demonstrate enthusiasm when working with children. While basic gymnastics knowledge is helpful, the organization provides comprehensive training for those new to the sport.
