Nursing Pathway Success Navigator

The navigator will provide proactive, one-On-One guidance and coaching to students throughout their nursing pathway programs, assisting with educational planning, barrier identification, and academic support. Key duties also involve building relationships, tracking student progress, and supporting career readiness, including preparation for licensure exams and job search strategies.

Candidates must possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing, education, counseling, public health, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in academic advising, case management, nursing, or student support services. A passion for supporting healthcare career pathways and strong communication skills are essential.
