Lead Teacher (Toddler's)

Lead teachers are responsible for planning lessons and executing the developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers, while ensuring a safe and structured learning environment. Responsibilities also include planning daily lessons supporting social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth, and communicating professionally with parents and staff.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and preferably have one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Essential qualities include flexibility in challenging situations, strong organizational skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a commitment to professional development.
