Lead Teacher- (preschool)

The lead teacher is responsible for carrying out daily lesson plans and creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. This role also involves communicating professionally with parents, children, and team members.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, 60 semester hours from an accredited college with at least 6 hours related to child care or development, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Cpr and first aid certification, along with meeting state licensing requirements, are also necessary.
