Lead Teacher- VA

The lead teacher is responsible for carrying out daily lesson plans and creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. They will also communicate professionally with parents, children, and team members while utilizing technology to document child progress.

Candidates must have an associate's degree in early childhood education and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. They should also meet all state licensing requirements and demonstrate strong organizational and decision-Making skills.
