TRIO Academic Coordinator

The trio academic coordinator implements student success and retention strategies by advising, mentoring, and providing one-On-One academic coaching to program participants. This role also involves maintaining accurate student records in the student access database and developing academic support programs aligned with the trio grant objectives.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in counseling or sociology, along with three years of related experience working with trio programs and two years of experience in academic services. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in higher education or counseling, and three years of experience in both trio programs and academic services.
