Mental Health Counselor

The mental health counselor will provide confidential, evidence-Based mental health counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services to students experiencing difficulties that may impede academic progress. Responsibilities include direct clinical services, conducting assessments of at-Risk clients, and developing collaborations across campus departments.

A master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or counseling is required for this position. Candidates must possess maryland licensure or eligibility to practice in maryland via psypact, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-Solving skills.
